About Vireve

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Vireve online store at vireve.store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. For questions, contact   our contact form.

Products and orders

Please review the product description, selected design, size, power connection and quantity before placing your order. Images illustrate the product; screen settings may affect colour appearance. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the options. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment collected for it.

Prices and payment

The selected currency and order total are displayed at checkout. Any shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before you complete payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter an order already accepted.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact us if an order is delayed or arrives with a problem. Nothing in these terms removes our responsibilities for delivery under applicable law.

Returns, refunds and product problems

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day change-of-mind return offer, return postage and how to report a faulty or incorrect item. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place, including any applicable cancellation rights and product guarantees.
